We are entrusted to manage financing / loans skills training for trainers courses, promised to make sure the loan application process is conducted in the following periods provided that the form and supporting documents are complete: -

  • Approve the loan application online within 1 working day from the date of application;
  • Review the agreement and provide a full report within seven working days from receipt of the agreement;
  • Provides instructions for payment within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the complete supporting documents for release of payment;
  • Make payment within 10 working days of receipt of payment instructions;
  • Repayment Warning Notice issued 3 months before the borrower should begin repayment of loans; and
  • Send Card Acceptance complaints within 3 working days from the date of its receipt and take actions within 7 working days.
