Skills Training Loan Program to the Special Programs Group

Yes. Penalty exception will be granted to the student for these condition only :
i.	Dead
ii.	Further study; and
iii.	Getting a job

The action taken if student failed to complete the training is:
i.	WTTP : penalty of RM10, 000.00 or part;
ii.	INSEP :penalty of RM20, 000.00 or part

Supporting documents required by the Guarantor are as follows
i. A copy of the identity card
ii. A copy of a pay stub or
iii. Form of declaration of income (if there is no paycheck)
iv. Form of financial information

Supporting documents required for WTTP program are as follows:
i. A copy of the identity card or birth certificate
ii. Copies of the offer of Civics
iii. Conventional copy CIMB account
iv. Acceptance letter
v. Form names and addresses of the trainees and the guarantor
Supporting documents required for INSEP program are as follows:
i. copy of identity card or a copy of birth certificate
ii. a copy of the letter of offer of Civics / PL
iii. a copy of Diploma / Degree / semester final transcript / letter graduating from universities / colleges.
iv Letter of Acceptance (Attachment A) of PTPK
vi. Conventional copy CIMB account
vii. Form names and addresses of the trainees and the guarantor

Yes. The financing requires a guarantor and conditions are as follows: -
i. Malaysian
ii. There is bankrupt
iii. Mother / father; or
iv. Legal guardians; or
v. Husband / wife; or
vi. Siblings (aged 18 years and above)

Financing methods to trainees made by two (2) methods of training fees will be paid directly to the Civics and Cost of Living Allowance (ESH) for WTTP program of RM300.00; and RM500.00 for INSEP program will be paid to the trainer every month.

Trainee eligibility requirements for the WTTP Program are as follows:
i.	School leaver
ii.	Citizens of Malaysia
iii.	Ages 15 to 45 years
iv.	Do not get funding from any other agency in the skills training
v.	Trainee comes from a poor family which income does not exceed RM 4,000 per month.
Trainee eligibility requirements for the INSEP Program is as follows:
i.	Citizens of Malaysia
ii.	Age not exceeding 35 years
iii.	Postgraduate diploma / degree
iv	Do not get funding from any other agency in the skills training
